Responsibilities and Organizational Imperatives Include:
- Has a comprehensive understanding of the entire web build process
- General knowledge of core web marketing; usability, SEO, accessibility, site speed, platforms, analytics
- Produce accurate quotes, project scope, budgets, and deadlines
- Successfully manage base website build tasks, including client expectations and details for the team to complete work as assigned
- Able to build rapport and trust with a client while working one-on-one and serving as their single point of contact
- Takes initiative to bring compelling questions and new ideas to the table during client intakes
- Ability to independently complete accurate incremental and month-end billing
- Ability to evaluate the success of client campaigns, communicate results, and celebrate with clients
- Consistently demonstrates methodical critical thinking skills and is highly organized
