We get asked a lot of questions at Vivid Image. Some may surprise you, others may not. We’re here to help our clients and always try to provide a helpful answer. When one person has a question it is common that they are not alone, so we wanted to share some of the most common questions received along with the answers.

How often should I blog?
- The answer to this is different for everyone. How often are you blogging now? What kind of response and interaction are you receiving? If you blog once or twice a month and that’s working for you – great! If you blog daily and love it then that is what works for you. There isn’t a magic number of blogs per week or month to get the best results. What’s most important is to be consistent. Find what works for you. What kind of resources, content, and results are you looking for? Base your answer off that. Here are 56 great blog ideas if you’re interested!
If I can’t take images from Google to use, are there other photo websites I can use to get my images for free or cheap?
- First of all, check out this Images 101 blog post to make sure you understand proper use of images. It also provides some great ideas for where to find images.
How do I show up first in Google?
- We wish there was a magic button to make this happen! This takes time, effort and sometimes patience. If you’re interested in using Google Ads you can pay for sponsored ads that are created and populate at the top of search results. Creating organic search results that move you to the top of the results includes multiple aspects such as online listings, your website content, meta data, site speed and more SEO efforts. Do the best you can with creating correct, complete, and consistent information – you’ll be taking a step in the right direction.
How do I setup email on my computer and/or phone?
- Here is a handy email “support center” resource. You’ll login with your username and password. It provides step by step instructions for your device.
How do I reset my website password?
- Just give us a call at 320-587-8974 and we’re happy to help. Otherwise, you can complete this via the webmail portal, as long as you have your email credentials.
Can I pay my invoice over the phone?
- Yes. We also recommend filling out the credit card authorization form online.
Can you teach my employees how to efficiently use computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Docs?
- We do not offer these classes at Vivid Image. If you are in the Hutchinson area, there are resources available at Ridgewater College and sometimes through community education. You can also check with the Hutchinson Chamber for additional businesses and resources who may specialize in training this. We do, however, offer marketing and website related classes for our clients free of charge.
