Outstanding Customer Service

Tri County Water Conditioning, Inc./EcoWater has been working very hard to make our customer service stand above our competition. We want every homeowner and business to know they can rely on us. After attending many Chamber of Commerce Marketing Mixers and Dynamic Sales Training I have been able develop a stronger relationship with Steve Gasser and Kori Sanders at Vivid Image.
I want Tri County Water Conditioning, Inc./EcoWater to be known for its excellent customer service by educating our current and future customers. I wanted a cost effective method of communicating to these customers. I wanted a newsletter like Vivid Image. How can I do this? It seemed so overwhelming. Where do I start? I set up a meeting with Steve and Kori and explained my objective. Through this meeting and several more; Steve put a timeline and plan in place for our business. I had to come up with topics for these newsletters and place them in order of importance. By doing this task, the overall project did not seem so large and overwhelming. I was able to look at this in small increments.
I gathered emails from our current customer base, by asking for it (email address) when they enter our office, sending a communication in our monthly statements and sending an email to everyone I know. The response to offering a newsletter to our customers has been wonderful. Our first newsletter was released in February 2008. I truly foresee that this newsletter will continue to grow over the next several months. I look back and wonder why we waited so long to put something in place.
