You may have noticed that the culture at Vivid Image is, well a little bit “different”. For the past couple years, the Vivid Image staff has been very intentional about finding our true leadership gifts so that we can make the best team. We’re currently working on telling our story of building our culture and what we’ve learned as a team and as individuals. Part of our learning process to building healthy teams has been attending the world’s largest leadership event together, called Leadercast.

On May 10, Leadercast Live is coming back to the Crow River Winery in Hutchinson. Leadercast is the largest one-day leadership event in the world, broadcast live each year from Atlanta to hundreds of host sites around the globe including Hutchinson, MN! In 2019, Leadercast will bring together experts in leadership and organizational health to help attendees master the art and science of developing and leading healthy teams.
