When you work with multiple social platforms, websites, and more life can get pretty complicated. I took a quick poll of the Vivid Image team and asked them what tools they couldn’t live without. Here’s what they had to say.
Social Media Tools
“Hootsuite – I use Hootsuite to manage multiple Twitter accounts, schedule tweets, and sometimes find content. I still log directly on to Twitter as well, but love the simplicity of being able to get a quick view of my lists, replies, scheduled tweets, and sent tweets all in one spot.”
-Danielle Vander Ploeg
“I could not live without my smart phone. I need the personal calendar and it allows me to be able to know what is going on in the world at my convenience (or in between kids activities).”
“Evernote. Capture and organize web pages along with a screenshot, and easily view later at your convenience. ”
“Workamajig – need this to keep track of all my projects and the tasks associated with them. Ensures I keep projects moving forward, next steps and that nothing gets forgotten. Then it would be my Outlook/Google Calendars, to help me stay on top of important dates, appointments and tasks.”
“Evernote. I use it daily on my phone and computer to record inspiration, plan meetings, journal, and keep track of important events.”
Tools for Curating Content
“Any tool that lets me monitor multiple streams in one screen is a life saver The less apps I have to open the better. Feedly would be a close second since it allows me to monitor multiple websites at the same time.”
“My phone; more specifically, text messaging.”
It may go without saying, but none of this office would function without the energy provided by the coffee stash. If you have any favorite marketing and productivity tools feel free to let us know about them on Facebook.
