We’re constantly learning so we stay on top of technology, and the changes in marketing and business. Sharing that knowledge with those we have business relationships with is important too.
Classes and Coaching Support Growth
That is why we offer classes and coaching. An ongoing list of classes is available on the Vivid Image website. Clients can sign-up to attend free of charge. We also offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help you work through marketing and website questions you may have. These opportunities often allow key players in your business a chance to think about the opportunities available to your organization in a fresh light. There are many “aha” moments that happen during these sessions.
I teach some of our classes, and also do coaching. One memorable session actually started as a class and turned into a coaching session. Jen at JIT Companies signed up for a class focused on understanding the importance of online reviews. There were a few last minute attendee cancellations which meant she was the only one in the class. The class ended up being more of a one-on-one coaching session. I went through the class materials as plannned and Jen had questions that we worked through.

Jen went back to her office, did some additional research, and put a process in place to regularly ask their customers for reviews. She made this fit into the business process, so it is natural.
