At their recent Fueling Your Success Customer Seminar, Rural Computer Consultants provided over a hundred propane companies from across the country with inspiration and tools for success. Leading up to the event, the team at RCC had incredible ideas on how to use the four day conference to build community and lift up the family-owned companies attending virtually and in-person. They invited our team into conversations and planning for the event, and excitement continued to build as we got an up close look at what makes RCC and their customers truly unique.

Freddie’s sense of humor, love for their clients, and commitment to elevating small businesses within the propane industry gave way to his idea that propane can be exciting and fun, maybe even sexy. The Vivid Image team was happy to help him take “Making Propane Sexy” into a fun theme for those attending the seminar.
There’s no doubt that his idea created buzz and gave way for more conversations throughout their 25th annual customer seminar that led a few attendees even making their own shirts!

The care that RCC has for their customers is apparent. They are a multi-generational family business that treats all their employees and customers like an extension of their family.
