For years and years, Primary EyeCare had been known as Duling Optical. Both Dr. Christianson and Dr. Hoppe felt that the new name, Primary EyeCare, better represented the direction their two offices are taking. With a focus on preventative screening and treatment, as well as the introduction of newer technologies such as Digital Retinal Screening, High Definition OCT, Vision Therapy, and more, they wanted a name that captured the wide breath of eye care services they offered.
Dr. Christianson and Dr. Hoppe did an excellent job of communicating their needs and desires to their project team at Vivid Image. We started the project by helping them create a brand new logo to represent their new image. From there we worked with them to develop a new website, complete with content that described their unique benefits as compared to other eye care facilities in the area. Finally, we assisted them with the development of a tri-fold mailer to be sent out to all existing clients explaining the new name change, and promoting the launch of their new website. At the end of the project Primary EyeCare was left with first-rate marketing tools for their business, and Vivid Image was left with the pleasure of establishing another strong relationship sure to grow for years to come.
