Step 1: Sign Up for Rackspace Email
- Visit the Rackspace Email signup page.
- Choose the number of mailboxes that matches how many you need to migrate.
- Important: Set the correct quantity for all mailboxes you plan to transfer.
- Let our transfer team know via email ([email protected]) that your account setup is complete.
Step 2: Accept the Transfer
- Once your account is created, our transfer team will generate an acceptance link.
- Click the link when received to start the transfer.
- Rackspace will then automatically transfer:
- All mailboxes
- All email aliases to your new account
That’s it! The process is handled automatically after you accept the transfer.
