Email Migration Instructions

Step 1: Sign Up for Rackspace Email

1. Visit the Rackspace Email signup page.
2. Choose the number of mailboxes that matches how many you need to migrate.
   • Important: Set the correct quantity for all mailboxes you plan to transfer.
3. Let our transfer team know via email ([email protected]) that your account setup is complete.

Step 2: Accept the Transfer

1. Once your account is created, our transfer team will generate an acceptance link.
2. Click the link when received to start the transfer.
3. Rackspace will then automatically transfer:
   • All mailboxes
   • All email aliases to your new account

That’s it! The process is handled automatically after you accept the transfer.
