Steve and his team are easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure the final product is what the client wants. They have built 2 sites for me and both are amazing. One site had issues transitioning my domain and were less than happy that I was leaving their service but Amber was amazing and walked me through MONTHS of issues with my previous host. She patiently waited and let me know what to do and we successfully transferred it. The other site has had major revamping done two times and Steve and his team have been patient throughout the process. ProWorks, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation, licensed by the MN Department of Human Services, to provide training and care to adults with developmental disabilities and brain injury. We recently worked with Amber, at Vivid Image, to rebuild our website. I am very pleased with our new website, and I must say that Amber was really great to work with. I appreciated that she was comfortable with and willing to make suggestions, sometimes away from what I was thinking. She has great insight into what my customers want to see.
