We’re a really small organization. Will we get the attention a bigger client gets?

Yes. We work with organizations across an enormous size range, from two-person non-profits to full city sites, and we size our plans to fit your actual budget and team, not a package built for someone much larger.

We don’t have anyone who really understands marketing. Is that a problem?

No, that’s common across most of our non-profit and government clients. We’re built to be the expertise your team doesn’t have in-house, across strategy, writing, design, and everything in between.

Our budget is tight. Can you still make an impact?

Yes. We’re used to working within non-profit and government budget realities, and we prioritize the work that moves the needle most rather than running up costs on things that won’t matter for your size or goals.

How long before we see results?

Website and content updates can show results fairly quickly. SEO and reputation work take longer to build, but they create visibility that holds up over time, which matters for organizations that depend on consistent, ongoing engagement rather than one-time campaigns.

Do we need to manage this ourselves once it’s set up?
