Step 1: Create Your New Account
- Go to WP Engine’s sign up page to create your account
Step 2: Find Your Support PIN
- Log into your new WP Engine account
- Look in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Locate your Support PIN (it will start with the letter “B”)
- Share this PIN with us
Step 3: Choose Your Transfer Time
- Let us know what date and time works best for you to move your website
- We’ll schedule the transfer from our account to your new WP Engine account for that time
That’s it! Once you complete these three steps, we can begin moving your website.
