Google is always changing something. “Reviews from the web” adds reviews from other websites, on Google’s search results Knowledge Panel. When you search Google for a business, Google displays the business’ address, phone number, hours, website and various other information. This space is referred to as a Knowledge Panel. A Knowledge Panel should provide you with the information you need to find a location.
Reviews are important and help potential customers decide which businesses they want to work with.
