One thing that we do at Vivid Image on a regular basis, is a look at our Google Analytics and what our most popular blog posts are. We’ve had a lot of new websites go live, (including our own!) so we pushed our annual review out a bit, but here it is.
Vivid Image’s Most Popular Blog Posts of Last Year

Next, is another age-old question asked by Facebook marketers and Facebook users alike – What’s the Difference Between the Facebook Likes and Facebook Shares? Here is it explained with screenshots!

Harmonizing social media into the traditional tradeshow setting isn’t always cut and dry. Here are 19 Ways to Integrate Social Media into your Next Tradeshow or Event – Another post that has been on the top of our list for a few years.
The interesting thing about these our most popular blog posts, is that they are all over a couple years old! We make a point to review the posts on the Vivid Image blog, at least annually, to make any needed updates or corrections as information changes. Especially when you know certain posts are getting a lot of traffic, it is important to ensure the information is relevant and correct. Sometimes we will just update the information and/or change the photos or screenshots. Other times we will also update the date in the post to show our readers that the information is current. In other instances, the blog topic is “evergreen” and needs very little or no updating.
What is Evergreen Blog Content?
Evergreen content is valuable and high-quality blog content written to drive traffic to your website for a long time, usually years. It is timeless content that does not change frequently and is tied to your business’s unique niche to highlight your expertise in that topic. Evergreen content has a long lifespan on your website with little or no updating, so it is referenced long after the original publication date. Learn more about evergreen blog content here.
Thank you to all of our Vivid Image Blog readers! We hope that you enjoy our new website and blog posts with the pretty images across the top. Our research also indicated to our marketing team that our most popular blog topics are: Facebook, SEO, Social Media in general, Google Analytics, and Linkedin (in that order) so be ready to read more on those topics!
