Do you use Gmail? Do your customers use Gmail?
Recently, Google made some changes to the Gmail layout, which automatically filters some of your emails into “Promotional” and “Social” tabs. We have found that many email newsletters are being sent to the “Promotional” tab, versus the “Primary” inbox.
If you get email communications from Vivid Image via your Gmail, this could affect where our email messages are filtered. Likewise, if you are sending email communications to your customers, it could also keep some of them from viewing it.
