One of our clients, McLeod Alliance of Victims of Domestic Violence helps so many men, women, and children each year. It is their mission to “support and promote the elimination of relationship violence through education, empowerment, protection, and advocacy.” October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
In an effort to help MAVDV, the Vivid Image team challenged ourselves, clients & community members to collect 500 toothbrushes in one month in order to replenish their supplies.To begin this challenge, we created the following poster, which was circulated online and around town. Word got out, and soon toothbrushes were being dropped off every day.

At the end of a month’s time, we were able to donate over 500 toothbrushes, along with toothpaste, mouthwash, and dental floss to the McLeod Alliance of Victims of Domestic Violence. We celebrated by talking about what we can do next!
